We’re looking for an HR Executive to drive recruitment, strengthen our workplace culture, and manage day-to-day HR operations. You’ll work closely with the Chief of Staff and Founder, supporting teams across our corporate office and retail stores.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offers, and joining.
- Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and probation reviews to give recent employees a smooth start.
- Plan meaningful employee engagement initiatives and help turn employee feedback into action.
- Be an approachable point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data, payroll inputs, and HR documentation on Keka.
- Coordinate exit formalities and handovers.
- Help implement HR policies and improve processes,
with clear ownership and consistent follow-through.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills.
- Good judgment when handling confidential information and employee concerns.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and HRMS platforms; experience with Keka is a plus.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or a growing company would be an advantage.
