About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with our Data Science / Analytics business unit, partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders on people strategy and workforce planning.
- Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Use HR analytics to identify trends and recommend people interventions.




- Partner with Sales and Finance teams on incentive structures and variable pay.

What We're Looking For

- 6–12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in core HRBP roles.
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Experience partnering with Sales / Finance teams and managing incentive structures.
- Strong expertise in performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in IT Services, Data Analytics, or technology-driven organisations is preferred.
