About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR professional with a strong background in Talent Acquisition, particularly in hiring for senior-level and leadership positions. The ideal candidate should have excellent recruitment skills, strong communication abilities and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and leadership positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads and management.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, professional networks and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Manage salary negotiations, candidate expectations and offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.




- Ensure timely closure of critical and senior-level positions.
- Maintain recruitment reports, hiring trackers and candidate databases.
- Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in hiring senior-level and leadership positions.
- Excellent sourcing, screening and interviewing skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the FinTech, Financial Services, Payments or Banking industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling mid-level to senior management hiring.
- Strong professional network and candidate sourcing capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate directly with senior management.
