Handle employee relations and support managers in people-related decisions.

Oversee HR operations, policies, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.

Track HR metrics, attrition, retention, and workforce productivity.

Build a high-performance and accountability-driven work culture.

Requirements

4+ years of relevant HR experience.

Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented or e-commerce organizations preferred.

Solid understanding of recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
