About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced HR professional who can independently manage Human Resources, Administration, and Business Operations? Ordient Ventures is looking for a proactive and responsible HR Manager who can take ownership of multiple HR functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

? Experience: 4–5 years

? Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month

? Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru

? Employment Type: Full-time

? Work Mode: In office

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

✅ Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.





✅ Manage employee lifecycle, HR documentation, and records.

✅ Oversee office administration and daily operations.

✅ Implement HR policies and procedures.

✅ Drive employee engagement and coordinate with management.

✅ Handle employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline.

✅ Ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.

Who Are We looking For ?

- 4–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and administration.
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR functions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice are preferred.
