Wistora IQ Solutions is looking for a Junior HR Executive to join our team at Vyttila, Kochi.

Position: Junior HR Executive

Location: Vyttila, Kochi

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Eligibility

- MBA (HR) graduates/final-year students
- Any graduate with a strong interest in Human Resources
- Freshers are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes ,and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring manager throughout the hiring process
- Supporting employee onboarding process , including documentation and induction.
- Maintaining employee records and keep HR databases up to date
- Assisting with attendance management and HR operations
- plan and Supporting employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Assisting with HR policy implementation and compliance activities

Requirements:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Immediate joiners are preferred. Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
