Role & responsibilities

- Define the mid- and long-term people strategy to support project objective and goals.
- Contribute to project governance reviews and planning.
- Act as the single point of contact for the clients to drive project and transversal topics.
- Monitor compliance of the project with Neeyamo frameworks and contractual standards
- Monitor KPIs and provide KPI insights periodically with global/ regional/ local stakeholders.
- Manage relations with the client representatives and internal team members.
- Manage team requirements (incl. critical positions) and anticipate emerging/future talent needs, flag at- risk positions.
- Implement initiate activities for fostering team engagement.
- Identify training needs for the team and facilitate.
- Coordinate resolution of project issues with team as a part of the continual improvement
- Bring continual improvements to delivery models.
- Team Management. Motivate, Inspire and nurture the team for collective growth professionally.
- Managing tickets and SLAs
- Ensuring availability to the client and the team during shift hours




- Communicate critical topics with the manager for any attention or action
- Ensure team building activities to cheer up the team
- Define the mid- and long-term people strategy to support project objective s and goals.
- Hands on Experience in administering Workday /SuccessFactors is must

Shift Requirements:
