Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our recruitment team as Junior Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand job descriptions and client hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic eligibility.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and availability.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
