We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team!

JOB LOCATION : MUMBAI SANTACUZ WEST (JUHU)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in Gulf / Overseas Recruitment is essential.

Must have experience handling Blue-Collar and White collar Recruitment requirements.

Positive coordination, communication and candidate-handling skills.

Experience dealing with overseas clients, agents and candidates will be an added advantage.

Strong experience in handling end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for Gulf requirements, including coordination with overseas recruitment agents, sourcing and collecting CVs, communicating job requirements, following up on candidate availability, managing bulk hiring, coordinating trade tests and interviews, negotiating salary expectations, and maintaining regular follow-ups with agents to ensure timely candidate submissions and closures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
