Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at STEMx. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, developing HR policies, strengthening employee engagement, ensuring statutory compliance, and aligning HR strategies with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee benefits
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct performance appraisals, PIPs, and employee evaluation processes.




- Handle employee exits, notice periods, full and final settlements, and exit interviews.
- Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and workplace culture.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS platforms.
- Provide HR reports, workforce planning, and management updates.

Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in EdTech, education, or a growing organisation.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
