Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition

Lead recruitment for sales, technical, service, and managerial roles across Chennai dealerships and service centers.

- OEM Alignment

Coordinate OEM-mandated training and certification programs (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, JLR, Porsche).

- Performance & Talent Management:

Manage annual PMS cycles, KPI frameworks, employee retention, and succession planning.

- HR Operations & Compliance:

Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, employee grievances, and ensure 100% adherence to Tamil Nadu labor laws and statutory regulations.

- Culture & Engagement:

Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.

## Candidate Requirements

- Education

MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.

- Experience

8 – 15 years of HR experience.

- Skills

Solid knowledge of dealership operations, Tamil Nadu labor compliance, HRMS platforms, and team leadership.
