Job Overview iTalent is hiring an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team in Nagpur. This is a great opportunity for freshers and recent graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources.

The selected candidate will gain practical experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain HR records and prepare basic HR reports.




- Support daily HR administrative activities.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed BBA, BBA (HR), MBA (HR), or a related qualification.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Robust interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in HR.
- Must have a personal laptop.
