We are looking for a Senior HR Executive / HR Manager who will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR advisory. Your primary work involves hiring the right talent, managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and serving as a trusted partner to employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Source, screen, and hire candidates for corporate office and project site roles, and manage joining formalities and induction.

Employee Records & HR Operations

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and the HR database accurately.

Payroll Coordination

- Verify attendance inputs and coordinate monthly payroll with the accounts team.

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, Contract Labour Act, and other labor laws, including site and contractor documentation.

Performance Management & Training

- Manage appraisal cycles, training programs, and performance tracking against targets.

Employee Engagement & Relations

- Plan engagement and recognition programs, resolve employee concerns, and maintain a fair, ethical workplace.

HR Policy & Advisory





- Implement and communicate HR policies, advise management on workforce planning, and maintain corporate governance standards.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Indian labor laws
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
- Communication and people-handling skills
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Tally (basic), and Google Workspace
