Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage end-to-end Human Resource operations, including recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Selection
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate with management.
- Manage joining formalities and onboarding.
- Employee Management
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Manage employee engagement and retention activities.
- Monitor employee performance and discipline.
- Attendance & Payroll
- Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and employee working hours.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary records.
- Maintain leave management and attendance reports.
- HR Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.




- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Handle employee exit formalities and full & final settlements.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- General HR Operations
- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Coordinate employee training and development.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS.
- Handle all day-to-day HR administrative activities.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
