We are seeking an HR Executive specializing in Recruitment and Employee Engagement to join our leading manufacturing organization based in Manesar. This role is crucial for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and enhancing employee engagement within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across various functional roles, including sales hiring.

Additionally, the HR Executive will manage onboarding processes, including documentation, offer rollouts, and first-day formalities. The role also involves organizing workplace celebrations, team-building activities, and orientation programs, as well as addressing day-to-day employee queries. Candidates should possess a graduate degree, preferably with an HR specialization,



and have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
