Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Shift: Rotational Shifts (Flexibility to work in US shifts)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive graduate to join our HR Shared Services (HRSS) team. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of employee lifecycle processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholder queries effectively while ensuring smooth delivery of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and HR shared services operations.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR data with accuracy.
- Use MS Excel and ServiceNow for day-to-day HR operations and query management.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Understanding of employee lifecycle processes is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in rotational shifts, including US shifts.
