HR will be deployed at Indus Towers Limited (Under rolls of Partner co)
- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining tracking.
- Monitor and track Budget vs Actual Manpower and hiring metrics.
- Manage seamless employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Support implementation of key organizational initiatives, employee engagement programs, learning interventions, and HR projects.
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Support manpower planning, succession planning, and workforce analytics.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
