We're Hiring | Assistant HR Manager – Hotel Industry

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month + PF

Food & Accommodation: Self-managed

Experience: Relevant HR experience in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Coordinate with staffing vendors and recruitment agencies.
- Handle candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Independently manage and close staffing requirements for the South Region.
- Develop and maintain robust vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely hiring closures and regular recruitment follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements:

- Candidates must have prior HR experience exclusively in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor-management skills.
- Ability to independently handle recruitment operations and meet hiring targets.
- Good coordination and team-management abilities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Important Note: Only candidates with a hotel/hospitality HR background will be considered. Food and accommodation arrangements will be self-managed.
