Mukat Hospital & Heart Institute is seeking dedicated and compassionate Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

The Housekeeping

Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of all hospital areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic setting for patients, staff, and visitors. The supervisor leads a team of housekeeping staff, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with hospital policies and health regulations.

- Supervise housekeeping staff including room attendants, janitors, and custodians.

- Create and manage staff schedules, shifts, and task assignments.

- Train new employees and conduct ongoing training for hygiene standards and hospital protocols.

- Conduct daily inspections of patient rooms, operating rooms, public areas, and staff facilities.

- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and disinfection meet hospital and infection control standards.

- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance department.
