Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with enquiries related to gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
- Provide information about product designs, pricing, availability, making charges, and offers.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and purchases.
- Coordinate with store staff, sales teams, and production departments for customer requirements.
- Handle customer complaints, exchange requests, repairs, and service-related queries.
- Maintain customer databases and update enquiry details regularly.
- Inform customers about order status, delivery timelines, and special offers.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain daily enquiry reports and customer follow-up records.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
