We are looking for an experienced Head of Systems to lead our enterprise systems, internal IT platforms, ERP ecosystem, and organisation-wide technology and process transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in managing enterprise IT systems, implementing ERP solutions, driving internal software development, and establishing technology governance across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Systems & ERP Management

- Lead the implementation, integration, enhancement and maintenance of ERP systems.
- Oversee internal business applications, enterprise software and IT platforms.
- Drive ERP modules covering Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Operations and other business functions.
- Ensure seamless integration between different enterprise applications.
- Manage ERP upgrades, system customisation and automation initiatives.

2. Internal Software & Digital Transformation

- Identify opportunities to develop or implement software solutions for internal business requirements.
- Lead implementation of workflow automation, CRM, HRMS, Finance and other enterprise applications.
- Evaluate and select suitable software solutions based on organisational requirements.
- Drive digital transformation and process standardisation across departments.
- Ensure effective utilisation of existing IT systems and software investments.

3. IT Systems Governance & Management

- Establish IT systems governance,



policies, processes and operational standards.
- Manage system security, access controls, data integrity and compliance.
- Oversee application support, system maintenance and vendor management.
- Ensure business continuity and system availability.

4. Technology Strategy & Leadership

- Work closely with the Group CEO and business leadership to define the organisation's technology roadmap.
- Lead internal IT systems implementation and transformation projects.
- Manage technology budgets, resources and vendor partnerships.
- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise systems and IT team.

Candidate Profile

- 14 years of overall experience in IT Systems, ERP, Enterprise Applications or Technology Management.
- 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Strong experience in ERP implementation, enterprise software and internal business systems.
- Experience managing internal IT transformation and automation initiatives.
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or other enterprise solutions.
- Experience with HRMS, CRM, Finance, Payroll, Workflow Automation and Business Intelligence tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
- PMP, ITIL, ERP or other relevant certifications will be an advantage.

Important: This role focuses on internal enterprise systems, ERP, organisational software platforms and IT transformation rather than managing software delivery projects for external clients.
