Job Title: HR Head

Location: Goregaon

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timing: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: upto ₹1.5 lakh per month

Experience Required: 5 – 7 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead and manage the overall HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and building a solid organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution

Oversee performance management and appraisal processes

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies





Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies

Manage payroll coordination and HR operations

Build and lead the HR team effectively

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in HR, with leadership exposure

Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to handle multiple HR functions independently

Leadership and team management skills

Preferred Skills

Strategic thinking and decision-making ability

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
