Creative Head

We are looking for an experienced Creative Head to manage and strengthen the Pressfit brand identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage brand identity, guidelines, logos, colours, fonts and visual styles.
- Manage brochures, catalogues, websites and social media creatives.
- Develop in-shop branding for distributors and retailers.
- Plan and design exhibition booths and promotional materials.
- Lead, guide and train the creative team.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Management, external agencies and vendors.
- Review and approve designs before publication.
- Maintain organised brand assets and design files.
- Manage creative budgets and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Candidate Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or a related field.




- Strong experience in brand design and creative leadership.
- Experience in brand identity, print design, website design and social media creatives.
- Knowledge of in-shop branding and exhibition design.
- Experience managing creative teams, agencies and vendors.
- Solid visualisation, creativity and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is mandatory.
- Figma and video editing knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Manufacturing or B2B brand experience is preferred.

Job Location: Head Office, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra
