We are seeking dedicated professionals with practical experience in HCC coding, risk adjustment, and medical record documentation review.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HCC Medical Coding.
- Valid CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification is mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines.
- Knowledge of HCC risk adjustment models.
- Experience in reviewing medical records and clinical documentation.
- Understanding of MEAT criteria (Monitor, Evaluate, Assess, Treat).




- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Identify and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes.
- Ensure accurate HCC coding based on supporting documentation.
- Apply coding guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.
