Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics or Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead hardware development projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Analyze customer requirements and create hardware solutions.
- Hardware system design, schematic design, and high-speed PCB design.
- Participate in and lead design reviews.
- Develop system test plans and procedures.
- Mentor and lead project teams.
- Prepare design and test documentation.
- Support functional safety development and regulatory compliance activities.

Must-Have Skills

- Experience in 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers and peripheral selection.
- Sensor, actuator, and electro-mechanical device interfacing.
- Motor control circuit design and testing.
- Solid analog and digital circuit design skills.
- Communication protocols: RS232, SPI, I2C, USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi.
- Board/system-level testing and verification.
- Knowledge of display and camera interfaces.
- Medical device standards: IEC 60601, IEC 61010, ISO 13485.
- DFMEA and regulatory compliance knowledge (EMC/EMI, UL, RoHS, etc.).
- Ability to lead teams and excellent communication skills
