About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Design Engineer to drive end-to-end hardware development, from schematic design and component selection to board bring-up, validation, and production release.

Key Skills Required

✅ Embedded Hardware Design (STM32, ESP32, dsPIC, NXP)

✅ Schematic Design & PCB Review (Altium Designer / KiCad / OrCAD)

✅ Power Supply Design (Buck, Boost, LDO, PMIC)

✅ Communication Protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS-485, Ethernet, USB

✅ Hardware Debugging & Validation

✅ EMI/EMC, ESD, DFM, DFT Knowledge

✅ LTspice / QSPICE Simulation

What You'll Do

? Design and develop embedded hardware platforms

? Perform board bring-up, testing,



and troubleshooting

? Optimize BOM for performance, cost, and manufacturability

? Support PCB layout reviews and production readiness

? Collaborate with Firmware, Mechanical, Testing, and Manufacturing teams

Preferred Industry Experience

✔ IoT Devices

✔ HMI & Display Systems

✔ Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)

? Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC;, or related field
