We are looking for an energetic, patient, and certified Gymnastics Trainer to join our team at Cornerstone After School Activity Centre in Sector 5, K.K. Nagar, Chennai-600078.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train children (ages 3 to 12 years) in foundational gymnastics, flexibility, tumbling, balancing, and body coordination.
- Conduct safe, engaging, and structured physical fitness sessions and drills.
- Teach proper techniques while prioritizing children's physical safety and injury prevention at all times.
- Encourage discipline, focus, self-confidence, and sportsmanship among young learners.
- Monitor individual progress and guide students through progressive skill levels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience or coaching background in gymnastics, acrobatics,
or artistic gymnastics; freshers with strong athletic credentials or state/national level participation are also welcome to apply.
- Genuine passion for working with children and fostering early childhood physical development.
- Excellent communication, patience, and group management skills.
- Certification in gymnastics coaching or sports science is a robust plus.
