EDUCATION: Graduation /Post Graduate with certificate course or diploma in hospitality/Hotel Management

Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way. Addressing and escalating customer complaints. Providing information about facilities, programs and other services.

· To personally greet the VIPs and other affluent people at each touch point with correct salutation

· Service on seat, suggestive & Up selling, providing services as per GC SOPs

· Software / POS handling

· Escort VIPs and other affluent people to lounge area on their arrival

· Effective Cash handling, inventory management at POS

· Customer query handling

· Well versed with Movie synopsis and genre

· Maintaining all required registers for Gold Class

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
