Eeleem Resorts & Spa is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-oriented Guest Relations Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for guests throughout their stay. The role involves welcoming guests, assisting with their requirements, handling queries and feedback, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth resort operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and interact with guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Assist guests with queries, requests, and special arrangements.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.




- Collect guest feedback and encourage positive online reviews.
- Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain qualified grooming and hospitality standards.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Malayalam and Hindi are required.
- Pleasant personality with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
