Position: Guest Relations Manager (GRM)
Location: Bucatina - Pasta Bar, Kalyani Nagar, Pune (Pre Opening)
We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Guest Relations Manager to join our restaurant team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.
- Coordinate with the restaurant service and management teams.
- Handle VIP guests and special occasions.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
