Job Summary

Helett Enterprises LLP is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented GST Executive to independently handle GST compliance, return filing, ITC reconciliation, taxation, statutory filings, and audit coordination.

The candidate must have practical experience in GST filing, resolving tax discrepancies, handling GST notices, and coordinating with Chartered Accountants and government departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end GST compliance and return filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Perform GST reconciliation, ITC matching, and GSTR-2B verification.
- Manage e-invoice and e-way bill compliance wherever applicable.
- Handle GST notices, portal errors, demands, and tax-related discrepancies.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and manage TDS compliance.
- Coordinate GST audits, statutory audits, and tax documentation.
- Maintain GST records, invoices, challans, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with CAs, auditors, consultants, and government departments.




- Handle GST reconciliation for Amazon and other e-commerce transactions.
- Ensure timely filing of all applicable statutory returns and payments.

Educational Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in GST and taxation.
- Hands-on experience in GST return filing and ITC reconciliation.
- Knowledge of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, ITR, and TDS.
- Experience handling GST notices and compliance issues.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Freshers are not eligible.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a CA firm or as a GST/Audit Associate.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime or Zoho Books.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce GST compliance.
- Hindi communication skills.
