About The Trust Loop The Trust Loop is a hiring platform built on proof. Candidates get the claims on their CV confirmed by the people they actually worked with, such as internship managers, team leads and mentors. Employers then see proof, not just polish. It’s free for candidates, and we’re starting to grow in India.

The role

You’ll be our first team member in India, responsible for growing our candidate community. You’ll get students and early-career professionals onto the platform and help them get verified, and you’ll learn directly from the founder as you go. It’s a hands-on role for someone who likes building from zero and seeing their numbers move.

What you’ll do

- Build relationships with college placement cells, student clubs and career communities in Bengaluru and beyond.
- Run campus sessions, online events and campaigns that bring candidates onto the platform.
- Help candidates complete their profiles and get their first claims confirmed.
- Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp communities that speaks to Indian students and freshers.
- Track sign-ups, verifications and what’s working, and share weekly updates with the founder.




- Bring back candidate feedback to help shape the product.

What we’re looking for

- 0–2 years of experience in growth, community, marketing, student outreach or a similar role. Strong internship or college leadership experience counts.
- Confident communicator in English. Hindi, Kannada or other regional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable reaching out to people you don’t know, and following up.
- Organised, self-driven and comfortable working remotely with a Hong Kong-based founder.
- Curious about hiring, careers and how people get their first break.

What you’ll get

- ₹40,000 per month, full time.
