Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Grill Cook responsible for preparing and cooking various grilled food items while maintaining food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook grilled food items such as chicken, fish, meat, vegetables, burgers, steaks, and kebabs.

Operate and maintain grills, griddles, and other kitchen equipment.

Prepare marinades, sauces, seasonings, and ingredients required for grilling.

Ensure proper cooking temperatures and food safety standards.

Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grill station and kitchen area.

Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.

Monitor food inventory and inform the supervisor about stock requirements.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
