Ruvimo provides online 1-to-1 tutoring for K–12 students in the United States. Our first 45-minute session is free. Our marketing team is building a high-velocity creative testing program: pushing out multiple new ads every week, running performance reviews every Friday, and doubling down on what works.

About the Role

As our full-time Creative Designer, you will own the look, feel, and production speed of our performance ads. You will build the reusable design systems and templates that empower the team to scale creative output without compromising on quality, while actively helping shape our testing strategy.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Ad Production: Design and produce high-converting static and short-form video ads for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Template & System Building: Build and maintain scalable, reusable templates in the Ruvimo brand style so new creatives are produced in hours rather than days.
- Data-Driven Ideation: Translate each Friday's performance results into the next creative brief by proposing new hooks, angles, and formats.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with the content lead on monthly content calendars and tutor-led video productions.
- Mentorship & Quality Control: Guide and review work produced by interns, ensuring the ad tracker and compliance checklists remain spotless.
- Brand & Compliance Standards:



Ensure every creative asset maintains strict visual consistency and complies with all claim and consent guidelines.

### What We Are Looking For:

- 1 to 3 years of professional experience designing social media or performance marketing ads, backed by a robust portfolio.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva and a professional video editor, alongside fluency with modern AI creative/design tools.
- A conversion-first mindset: you understand what drives user action, not just what looks visually appealing.
- Highly organized: works efficiently from a queue, names files properly, and maintains meticulous logs.
- Strong interpersonal skills: capable of giving and receiving constructive feedback effectively with managers and junior team members.

### Job Details:

- Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Location: Hybrid (Mulund Office, Mumbai)
- Compensation: Up to ₹35,000 / month (CTC 3-4.2 LPA, based on experience)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
