Role & responsibilities

- Create high-quality digital and print assets for life sciences/pharmaceutical brands.

- Translate briefs, scripts, and content into engaging visual designs.

- Work independently while ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand compliance.

- Review and provide guidance on outputs created by junior designers.

- Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Content Writers, Proofing teams, Developers, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure deliverables meet production standards and project timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.

- Hands-on experience in digital and print production workflows.

- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

- Strong communication, comprehension, and stakeholder management skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.

- Ability to interpret complex content and convert it into compelling visual communication.
