Role & responsibilities

- Create illustrations, icons, characters, and visual assets for eLearning modules, storyboards, and 2D animations.

- Interpret storyboards and content to develop engaging visuals aligned with learning objectives and brand guidelines.

- Use AI tools to generate images, develop design concepts, and improve productivity through AI-assisted editing and manual refinement.

- Design textbook layouts, page flows, and print-ready educational materials using Adobe InDesign.

- Prepare layered, animation-ready assets and adapt designs for desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

- Collaborate with Instructional Designers and the media team to ensure visual quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of animation tools such as Vyond, After Effects, or Adobe Animate,



and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360.

- Ability to identify opportunities to use AI to automate repetitive design tasks and improve productivity.

- 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design and illustration, preferably in eLearning or digital content development.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

- Experience with AI-powered image generation, prompt writing, and image refinement.

- Strong illustration skills across different styles, with a good understanding of colour theory, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.

- Knowledge of preparing layered assets for 2D animation, along with positive communication and collaboration skills.
