We’re hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees for our production team in Pune. This entry-level role is suited to recent Mechanical or Production Engineering graduates who want hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, quality, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

- Support daily production activities and shop-floor coordination.
- Track production output and help maintain quality records.
- Assist with process checks, basic troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.




- Prepare daily reports using Excel and internal systems.
- Follow company safety and operating procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience may apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with MS Excel.
- Willingness to work on-site and follow the stated schedule.
