About Our Client A market-leading vacation ownership and hospitality organization is expanding its resort portfolio and development footprint within the growing leisure travel and hospitality sector

- Manage and develop relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and strategic partners

- Lead acquisition, lease, partnership, and asset development transactions from sourcing through closure

- Deliver annual business development targets and growth objectives

- Develop budgets, allocate targets, and monitor performance against business plans

- Partner with senior leadership to define regional and national growth strategies

- Conduct business case evaluations, risk assessments, and mitigation planning

- Structure and negotiate joint ventures, shareholder agreements, leases, and land-related transactions

- Drive hotel and resort project feasibility, concept development, budgeting, and investment assessments

- Build and leverage a network of brokers, developers, consultants,



and real estate intermediaries

- Engage with external stakeholders, government bodies, consultants, and property owners for sourcing and due diligence activities

The Successful Applicant

- 10+ years of hospitality, hotel, or resort investment/development experience

- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis expertise

- Prior hotel operations exposure would be advantageous
