Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Electrical

Department: Electrical / Project Execution/Planning and coordination

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: Fresher

Location: Head Office - Raipur

Industry: Infrastructure / Transmission & Distribution / Railway Projects

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary – Up to 15000 -18000 PM

1. Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in the planning and coordination at Head office.
- Assist in Transmission Line and Substation project activities, as applicable.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical specifications.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare work progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and applicable HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other departments.
- Maintain site records, inspection reports, material records, and other project documentation.




- Assist in material inspection, quantity verification, and preparation of material requirements.
- Perform other electrical engineering activities assigned by the reporting manager.

2. Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering principles and equipment.
- Understanding of electrical drawings, SLDs, and technical specifications.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as per project requirements.
- Positive attitude, learning ability, and commitment to safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
