Kamala TVS is looking for an experienced and agile General Manager to oversee overall dealership operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall dealership operations and business activities.
- Lead and supervise sales, service, and spare parts departments.
- Develop business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor branch performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated complaints.
- Lead, motivate, and manage departmental teams.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure target achievement.
- Maintain coordination with management and TVS company representatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in automobile dealership management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.




- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of sales, service, and dealership operations.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
