Job Summary

Seeking an AI Expert Engineer with 7 to 11 years of experience in Generative AI, Agentic systems, LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude, and opensource options), and vector databases to design and implement AI-driven solutions aligned with client business needs.

- Design and build generative AI solutions using OpenAI models
- Work with Claude and other LLM platforms
- Design, implement, and manage AI agents and workflows
- Implement retrieval-based systems using chunking, embedding, and vectorization
- Work with vector databases for high-dimensional data storage and retrieval
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems
- Ensure scalable and robust architecture
- Monitor performance and improve systems
- Stay updated with advancements in LLMs and related technologies
- Translate business requirements into backend and AI solutions
- Work in shift: 2 PM IST 11 PM IST

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead architecture and implementation of AI systems
- Build and maintain AI agents and vector database layers
- Develop solutions addressing business use cases
- Mentor junior engineers




- Evaluate and introduce relevant technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and delivery
- Ensure best practices in development and deployment
- Troubleshoot issues across services, data, and workflows

Required Skills

- 7–11 years of experience in Python-based backend development
- Robust experience building web applications using Flask or Django
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Claude
- Experience implementing retrieval systems including chunking, embedding, and vectorization
- Experience working with vector databases
- Strong SQL skills including schema design and query optimization
- Experience designing and building scalable APIs and backend services
- Experience with version control using Git
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience implementing multi agentic workflows

Good to Have

- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, Langgraph, Langsmith
- Exposure to prompt design and evaluation techniques
