Role Description The Game Developer role at CYANAQ SYSTEMS is a full time, on-site position located in the Greater Nagpur Area. In this role, the developer designs and builds game features, implements gameplay mechanics, and writes clean, efficient code for interactive experiences across web and mobile platforms. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers and artists to translate concepts into playable prototypes, optimizing performance and stability, and troubleshooting bugs and technical issues.

Developer also contributes to game design decisions, documents code and systems, and participates in regular reviews to improve user experience and maintain coding standards. The role involves working closely with other developers and stakeholders to deliver engaging, scalable, and maintainable game projects within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.

- Candidates should possess Game Programming and Gameplay Programming skills for interactive and real-time systems.

- Candidates should possess Game Design skills to help shape mechanics, balance, and user experience.

- Experience with one or more game engines (such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or Godot) and relevant programming languages (such as C#, C++, or JavaScript) is beneficial.

- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, debugging tools, and performance optimization techniques in game development is beneficial.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, communicate clearly, and adapt to evolving project requirements is beneficial.

- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Game Development, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
