We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-driven applications. You'll work across the stack using multiple languages and frameworks, integrating LLMs, agentic workflows, and cloud infrastructure to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This role suits polyglot developers who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, collaborating on everything from backend APIs to intuitive UIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop full-stack applications using polyglot stacks (e.g., Java /Node. for backend)

- Architect and implement agentic AI systems, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration.

- Contribute to technical recruitment, code reviews, and knowledge sharing in a small, high-impact team. ### Required Skills & Experience

- Proficiency in full-stack development with polyglot (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java/Spring Boot; bonus: Go or Scala).

- Backend expertise: API development, databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB/DynamoDB), message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).





- AI/ML integration: Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, fine-tuning, or vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate).

- Cloud: AWS services, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform for IaC.

- Tools: Git, Agile/Scrum, testing (Jest/Pytest), and familiarity with Teams/Figma for collaboration.

- Proven track record shipping MVPs to production in startups or fast-scaling teams. ### Preferred Qualifications

- Domain exposure in healthcare, finance, or logistics (e.g., loan automation, patient triage agents).
