Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying .NET applications using React.JS frontend technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards throughout the development process.
- Provide guidance on best practices for debugging techniques and troubleshooting issues.
Job Requirements :
- 7-14 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, etc.
- Solid understanding of React.JS as a frontend technology for building user interfaces.
- Experience as a Technical Lead or User Interface Lead on large-scale projects involving multiple developers.
