Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Design and develop web applications on AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS): components (Core Components), editable templates, workflows, dialogs, Sling Models/Java APIs and unit tests, using OSGi, Sling and JCR/Oak.

•⁠ ⁠Build headless and hybrid experiences with Content Fragments, Experience Fragments and GraphQL persisted queries; support SPA/React front ends and authoring via the Universal Editor.

•⁠ ⁠Set up and configure AEM author, publish and dispatcher environments (AEM SDK, Adobe-managed CDN) per Adobe best practices.

•⁠ ⁠Build and manage Cloud Manager CI/CD pipelines with code-quality, security and performance gates; manage Dev, Stage and Production environments and releases.

•⁠ ⁠Lead or assist migrations from on-premise/AMS to AEMaaCS using the Best Practices Analyzer,



Repository Modernizer and Content Transfer Tool.

•⁠ ⁠Integrate AEM with AEM Assets/Dynamic Media (incl. OpenAPI), Adobe Target, Journey Optimizer/Campaign, Marketo Engage, Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (Web SDK), Workfront and other endpoints via I/O Events and App Builder.

•⁠ ⁠Apply Adobe generative-AI capabilities (e.g., Firefly) to content authoring within brand governance.

•⁠ ⁠Optimize performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO, accessibility and caching across dispatcher, CDN and browser.

•⁠ ⁠Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment; follow secure coding practices (IMS/SSO), coding standards, unit test coverage, automation and CI.

•⁠ ⁠Resolve functional and technical issues using Cloud Manager logs and monitoring; provide technical support to the client.

•⁠ ⁠Work with Architects on design; prepare detailed technical designs for templates, components and services; communicate designs to the team; review peers' work and mentor junior developers.

Skills & Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠6+ years of software programming and large-scale web application experience; 4+ years hands-on AEM, with recent AEMaaCS experience.

•⁠ ⁠Strong Java (11/17/21)



is a MUST, plus Sling, OSGi, JCR/Oak and Maven.

•⁠ ⁠Strong hands-on experience with Core Components, Editable Templates, Sling Models, Experience Fragments and Content Fragments.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with Dispatcher/Apache HTTPD, Cloud Manager CI/CD and Git workflows.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with RESTful services, GraphQL and headless delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Modern front-end skills: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/Sass, React or similar; XML/JSON; Node.js or Python scripting is good to have.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure); other CMS (Contentful/Sitecore/Drupal) is a plus.

•⁠ ⁠Good to have: Adobe Target, Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, Adobe Experience Platform; Eloqua, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency with complex IT/software solutions; strong process development and analysis skills.

•⁠ ⁠Good written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills; works independently and as a team player.

•⁠ ⁠Proactive, detail-oriented, results-oriented; able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Nice to Have:

•⁠ ⁠Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS): block development in vanilla JS/CSS, document-based authoring (Google Docs/Word/SharePoint), Universal Editor for EDS, and Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals performance.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with App Builder, AEM Forms (Adaptive Forms Core Components) and Assets Content Hub; Adobe certifications (e.g., AEM Sites Developer/Architect).
