The opportunity is to build and own that engine: find the right investors, qualify them rigorously, pitch the Aliens opportunity, progress every serious conversation, negotiate within clear authority and take the right partners through to signed franchise agreement and a clean Expansion handover.

The Mandate

You own Aliens’ complete offline franchise-sales funnel. You generate opportunities independently through field activity, networks, events,



referrals and channel partners; qualify each prospect; conduct the pitch and commercial conversation; manage follow-up and objections; negotiate within the approved band; secure the signed franchise agreement; and hand the signed partner into Expansion.

What You'll Be Doing

Build and manage an offline franchise sales pipeline through networking, referrals, field visits, events and partnerships. Identify and qualify potential franchise partners, conduct pitches, handle negotiations, manage follow-ups and drive opportunities from first contact to signed franchise agreement. Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate smooth handovers to Expansion and Site Acquisition teams.

What We're Looking For A target-driven sales professional with strong experience in franchise acquisition, offline sales and end-to-end deal closure. Ability to build networks, identify potential investors, understand franchise business economics, negotiate effectively and convert leads into signed deals. Strong communication, relationship-building, market development and CRM management skills are essential.
