Role Description This is a full-time Founders Office Intern role in a hybrid setup, based in Yamunanagar with flexibility for some work-from-home. The intern will support the founding team across strategic and operational priorities, including research on startups, markets, and investors, and preparation of briefings and reports. The role will also involve helping with digital marketing initiatives, content support for brand positioning,



and documentation needed for due diligence and internal processes.

The intern will collaborate closely with the founders, contribute to special projects, and gain exposure to startup advisory, growth strategy, and financial consulting.

Qualifications

- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Interest or foundational knowledge in startups, business strategy, finance, and fundraising (equity, debt, grants, and working capital solutions).
- Comfort with digital tools, presentations, and documentation, including proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Docs).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prepare skilled emails, reports, and presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a hybrid work setting.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant internships or project experience is an advantage.
- High level of ownership, integrity, and willingness to learn, with an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in startup ecosystems.
