Role Description The Founders Office role is a full-time remote position that works closely with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating projects across teams, preparing reports and presentations, conducting market and competitor research, and tracking key business metrics. This role also supports decision-making by gathering data, organizing information, and ensuring timely follow-up on critical action items.

The position involves managing communication with internal and external stakeholders, streamlining processes,



and assisting with special projects that drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, with capacity to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing emails, reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
- Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and collaborating directly with founders or senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in social media, brand building, and technology-driven services; prior experience in startups or tech companies is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
