Role: Founder's Office – Growth & Operations Associate

At Scale To Unicorn, we're building a company from the ground up. We need someone who doesn't wait for instructions, doesn't run away from responsibility and knows how to get things DONE.

This isn't a comfortable 9-to-5 desk job where you repeat the same tasks every day.

You'll be involved in almost everything that makes a startup grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Run digital marketing campaigns and execute growth strategies.
- Manage Meta & Google Ads.
- Create, edit and publish engaging video content.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports and analyse numbers.
- Follow up on customer orders and ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate daily office operations and manage ongoing tasks.
- Work directly with the founder on new ideas, experiments and execution.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

Someone who:

- Is hungry to build something meaningful.
- Takes ownership instead of making excuses.




- Can switch between creative work and operational execution.
- Is comfortable with numbers, technology and marketing.
- Learns fast and gets things done without constant supervision.

WHAT YOU GET:

Compensation: ₹20,000-₹40,000/month (performance-based).

Direct exposure to startup building and decision-making.

- Full time commitment.
- Own laptop is mandatory.
- Strong execution mindset.
- Willingness to work from our Lucknow office.
