The RoleWe're looking for a sharp, steady generalist to help build a media company from the ground up.

Location: Goa (must be based in Goa)

Work arrangement: Hybrid, Full-time

1. Work with the Founder

Work closely with the founder on shaping strategy, setting priorities, developing ideas, and translating them into actionable plans.

2. Own work across the business

Take ownership of projects across content, brand, partnerships, and operations, helping move initiatives from planning to execution.

3. Build the systems

Develop processes, workflows,



and practical systems that keep the company organised, improve how we work, and support growth.

4. Bring judgement

Communicate with clarity, think critically, make sound decisions, and navigate ambiguity with initiative and good judgement.

5. Grow with the company

Take on increasing responsibility as the company grows, with the prospect to shape your role and grow into a larger position. Early-career candidates welcome.
